Raspberry Coconut Balls


It has been a while since I have created one of my recipes. I thought there was no better way to get back into it than with some raspberry and coconut balls. The perfect sweet snack for when you have those sugar cravings.

Raspberry Coconut Balls:

Ingredients:

1/2 cup dates

2/3 cup natural cashews

1/2 cup natural almonds

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

1/4 cup desiccated coconut (and extra for rolling)

1 Tbsp hemp seeds

1Tbsp chia seeds

2 Tbsp rice malt syrup

Method:

It's easy! Put all the ingredients into a food processor/blender and blend. If the mixture is too wet or dry just add a little extra of the wet/dry ingredients to get your desired consistincy. Roll into balls then coat with the extra coconut. Keep them in the fridge and enjoy!
